Living abroad, studying under pressure or facing change can stir unexpected emotions. Therapy provides a space to pause and reflect.
All sessions are confidential and conducted in a secure online setting.
I follow the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework, which means that what you share with me is treated with care, respect and discretion. As with all therapeutic work, there are specific situations where confidentiality may need to be broken. This happens only when there is a serious and immediate concern for your safety or the safety of someone else, when there is a legal obligation to disclose information, or when safeguarding requirements apply. If such a situation arises, I will always aim to discuss this with you first whenever possible. Outside of these rare circumstances, your information remains private, and our work together is protected. If you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial session, feel free to get in touch.
